Excellent Every body was fantastic, Josh greeted us, Amy with service, Jade with the drinks, Bobbylicious and Alina making the outstanding food. The food was brilliant, all 4 of us enjoyed both starters and mains. The best food out we've enjoyed in a long time. Thanks to all 5 of the Captain Jack's Crew who served us. Absolute gem ❤️ The staff were really lovely and welcoming. Plenty of gluten free options to choose from. Really good quality and tasty food! We had the Nachos fully loaded to start and they were delicious. I had the duck which was cooked beautifully and my partner has the signature ribs which were fab. Average at best. Went in for a date night. We were seated quickly and had our drinks shortly after. I ordered the stuffed jalapenos costing £7.95 and when I got it I was quite disappointed to be honest. There was only 4 of them on the plate and they were very small and there was a tiny bit of salad in the middle of the plate. The only saving grace was the burger that I had. It was quite good. As for the cocktails we had afterwards, well they were just awful. I ordered the Pina Colada which just tasted like coconut juice. No taste of any alcohol at all. My partner ordered the Mojito which I tried and nearly spat it out because it was so bad. It wasn't made correctly by someone who claimed to be very good at making cocktails. Ended up costing us £92 for 2 pints each, 2 starters, 2 mains and the cocktails. Only a couple of weeks before we went to Miller & Carter, spent £10 LESS, had the same sort of things and had a much better experience. We won't be going back again.

Great food! Great find in the middle of town! We went as a group of 13 and had a great time. The food choice was amazing and my god the portion sizes are enormous! We practically rolled out of there. Brilliant food and drink. Went to Cactus Jacks with my workmates, for our Christmas night out. We were a large party, 11 or 12 of us. Drinks orders done first, and delivered in a timely manner. Awful like nobody cares about the customer just our money and tip’s ridiculous. Would love to go back but it needs work This place was average. Food was cold waiting up to 1 hour and 45 for 2 T bone stakes now I’m no chef but that is outrageous. And the staff not to mention how I was treated was disgusting. The bset place to dine in Doncaster The best food and service I’ve received in Doncaster in past 8 years. I’ll definitely come back and have a dinner here with my family and friends.
